Support exceptional Member Experience at Meridian in Orillia through empathy, patience, financial services, and advice-based banking conversations on-site.

This part-time Member Services Representative role supports Members while positioning Meridian products and services for financial wellbeing. You will work with Retail partners in Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage Specialists. The position emphasizes growth, feedback, collaboration, inclusion, initiative, and accountability within the branch.

• Attend to Members with excellence, patience, and empathy
• Position Meridian products and services to add Member value
• Support internal Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage partners
• Participate in planning, implementation, and feedback activities
• Support branch activities, including the Digital Ambassador Program
