In this temporary full-time position, you will drive the development of our Emergency Management Program. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with a proven track record in emergency preparedness, capable of engaging with diverse teams and forging essential partnerships. Your leadership will guide our readiness and response efforts in everyday emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate emergency drills and training programs hospital-wide
• Serve as Fire Marshal to ensure fire safety compliance
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Guide staff in risk assessment and response strategies
• Ensure efficient communication of emergency procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management or related area
• Certification in IMS is essential
• Preferred: CEM or AEM certification
• Effective organizational and analytical skills
• Experience with emergency management software required
