Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $56.44 – $64.86 per visit.

What You Will Do

• Assessment and implementation of SLP interventions (i.e. swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication, etc.) in a home-based setting.
• Use of a collaborative and interdisciplinary team‑based approach to care and services.
• Support a holistic and restorative approach to care (i.e. enhanced stroke pathway; cognitive communication supports, etc.).
• Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Focus on person and family‑centered care.
• Comfortable delivering care both in person and using virtual methods/technology.
• Passionate, empathetic, using good judgement and applying critical thinking when making client decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently.
• Flexible and able to apply critical thinking to a variety of situations.
• Value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home, where they want to be.
