This role involves working as a Rehabilitation Assistant under the supervision of Occupational and Physiotherapy teams. You will support clients through tailored therapeutic interventions, monitoring their progress, and advocating for their safety and independence. Assisting with adaptive equipment and daily living activities will be key components of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on therapy under therapist supervision

• Assist in client mobility and therapeutic exercise activities

• Keep accurate records of client progress and changes

• Educate clients and their families on safety and independence techniques

• Support a safe and comfortable home environment for clients

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in OTA and PTA program from recognized college

• Proficient with electronic documentation systems

• Current police check for working with vulnerable populations

• Valid Ontario driver’s license with reliable transportation

• Additional languages or training is an asset
