As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care, enabling clients to live safely and independently. This role entails a commitment to high standards of personal care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care and assistance tailored to client needs
• Facilitate mobility and encourage light exercise among clients
• Record and communicate any changes in client health
• Complete light housekeeping duties as per care plans
• Prioritize the needs of clients and their families
Requirements:
• Possess a Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
• Up-to-date Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector)
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle access
• Strong organization skills and reliability
• Commitment to work every other weekend
