Join CBI Home Health as a Personal Support Worker in Uxbridge. Deliver crucial home care and personal support to help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
We are looking for a compassionate Personal Support Worker to support clients within their homes in the Uxbridge area. This role involves providing tailored personal care, assisting with mobility, and performing light housekeeping, all focused on enhancing client well-being. Your responsibilities will include careful documentation and communication of any changes to client conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate personal care and activities for clients
• Assist clients with mobilization and light physical exercises
• Observe and report any health changes to supervisors
• Carry out light housekeeping as outlined in care plans
• Encourage client independence in a safe environment
Requirements:
• Certificate as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent
• Recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Valid TB test record and immunization documentation
• Access to your own vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
