As part of your role, you will assist customers in selecting eyewear, educate them on services, and ensure they receive the best possible fit. Working under a Licensed Optician, you will gain vital skills and contribute positively to the learning environment by becoming a resource for fellow associates. Attention to detail and effective communication will be key as you handle customer information and maintain the store's appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure outstanding customer service at all times
• Guide customers through selection and adjustment processes
• Measure and fit eyewear accurately
• Accurately input customer data at the Point of Sale
• Maintain store displays to highlight products
Requirements:
• Currently studying in an Opticianry program
• Previous knowledge of optical theory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with inventory management systems
• Comfortable using digital devices during interactions
