We are looking for a Medical Laboratory Technologist who excels in a core lab environment, particularly in specimen collection and processing. This dynamic position demands strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality laboratory services for our diverse patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and analyze clinical specimens
• Perform high-quality phlebotomy procedures
• Utilize Meditech for laboratory information management
• Ensure compliance with Ontario laboratory standards
• Foster positive relationships with patients and staff
Requirements:
• Membership in the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
• General Certification from CSMLS required
• Solid experience in a multi-tasking lab environment
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends
