Utilizing your 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or health administration, you’ll shape integrated performance measures across the health team. This position requires crafting actionable insights from complex health data, promoting quality improvement, and enhancing decision support systems across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transform health data into meaningful insights
• Create and maintain performance measurement dashboards
• Support decision-making through analytics
• Participate in cross-organizational health initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health data governance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field
• 3-5 years in health system planning or digital health
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting platforms
• Advanced degree considered an asset
• Capable of engaging community partners in co-design processes
