As a full-time temporary Personal Support Worker, you will be actively engaged in monitoring resident care and assisting in identifying their needs. You will also document care information and help onboard new staff. Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor care provided and report findings accordingly
• Document residents' care information as instructed
• Attend training and workshops to enhance skills
• Assist in the orientation of new team members
• Follow established infection control procedures
Requirements:
• Graduate from a Personal Support Worker program
• Familiarity with standards set by relevant associations
• Understanding of simple treatment procedures for residents
• Competence in sanitation and cleaning practices
• Knowledge of geriatric care requirements
