We are seeking an AI Consultant to take ownership of building, maintaining, and scaling AI-driven systems across both our internal operations and our client engagements.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, with a strong emphasis on building reliable, production-grade systems. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and COO to translate strategic direction into scalable, secure, and well-architected systems.

Work with stakeholders to define client pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes
Translate business challenges into structured system designs, including functional and non-functional requirements

Maintain and improve existing internal and client‑facing applications
Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve system performance
Take full ownership of system lifecycle from design through long‑term maintenance
Design and support cloud‑based architecture, particularly within Azure environments
Ensure applications are structured for scalability, reliability, and secure data handling
Collaborate with leadership to align cloud architecture with long‑term strategy
Data, security & compliance   Design systems with data security and privacy in mind for sensitive financial information

Support evolution toward SOC‑compliant infrastructure and processes
Strategic contribution & department growth   Work with leadership to identify high‑impact opportunities for AI and automation
Help define processes, standards, and structure for this function as it grows

Demonstrated experience building real‑world applications or automations, ideally with a portfolio
Experience developing solutions for clients — identifying pain points, designing, and implementing systems
Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems and define structured solutions
Hands‑on experience with tools such as n8n, ChatGPT / LLM integrations, Notion, APIs, and webhooks
