Description  RWDI’s Guelph office is currently accepting applications for the position of a four- or eight-month Service Desk Support Co‑op beginning September, 2026.

Key Responsibilities  Students are provided with the opportunity to:
Work with the latest and greatest technology
Provide Level 1 phone support. Respond to emails, voice mails, and walk-in customers
Act as the single point of contact to resolve end user incidents and service requests
Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop issues
Manage user accounts and permissions
Work in a dynamic and busy environment, that provides new experiences every day
Develop customer relations skills
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise  Background and qualifications should include:
Solid understanding of computer hardware and software applications
Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects
Basic knowledge of networking, cabling, LAN technologies
Hands‑On experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-service focused
Good organizational and coordination skills
