This position requires you to provide dedicated IT customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain all systems to ensure high performance. You will oversee adherence to corporate IT policies, manage software and hardware inventories, and work closely with corporate IT for escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently complete assigned Service Desk tasks
• Diagnose and resolve office and shop floor IT problems
• Maintain software licenses and inventory
• Install and set up network devices
• Back up local systems per IT guidelines
Requirements:
• MCSA or MCSE certification preferred
• Experience with Windows Desktop OS management
• Familiarity with Dell hardware and software solutions
• Intermediate networking experience required
• Strong technical communication skills
