Join Korechi as the Customer Success & Support Lead, focusing on delivering technical support and client training for cutting-edge robotic solutions. Shape the customer experience from onboarding through to ongoing account management.
In this key role, you’ll ensure smooth deployment of robotic fleets, train farm managers, and golf course superintendents to utilize our systems effectively. Actively gather client feedback for product enhancement and oversee account health to maintain retention and drive new sales opportunities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales-to-service handoff for robot deployment
• Create and execute comprehensive training programs
• Serve as primary contact for technical issues
• Collect customer insights to advocate for improvements
• Track account metrics and drive renewals or upsells
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the position
• Minimum of 2 years in customer-facing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Resilient problem solver for hardware/software issues
• Familiarity with CRM and technical systems
