In this full time role, the IT Support Analyst will leverage prior healthcare IT experience to manage service desk inquiries, document solutions, and use diagnostic tools for effective problem resolution. With a focus on delivering hands‑on support, you will engage with desktop hardware and software while maintaining necessary documentation to meet SLA expectations.
Key Responsibilities Provide first‑contact support via multiple channels
Build rapport with users to gather detailed problems
Prioritize service requests based on defined processes
Escalate incidents with accurate documentation as needed
Track the incident‑solving process through to resolution
Requirements 1+ years of IT help desk experience
College diploma or university degree in computer science
Preferred IT certifications (A+, MCSE, ITIL)
Knowledge of desktop/server OS and peripherals
Robust communication and documentation skills
