Advance your IT skills as a Full-Time IT Support Analyst with SIMNET in Whitby, Ontario. This critical role supports end-users by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
In this position, you'll manage a variety of support requests from users and ensure their challenges are addressed timely. Utilizing both your customer service expertise and technical know-how, you will aim to solve issues while accurately documenting the processes. Hands-on support at the desktop level is a significant part of the job, connecting you directly with users to improve their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support for service requests from users
• Record and track service desk activities and solutions
• Address incidents within designated SLA timelines
• Escalate complex issues with detailed documentation
• Conduct software deployment and hardware troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in Windows 10/11 support and Microsoft 365 basics
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Experience in onboarding and off-boarding processes
