This full-time position is ideal for individuals with IT support experience in healthcare delivery settings. You will be responsible for promptly addressing user requests, documenting issues, and performing both remote and desktop troubleshooting. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist users via phone, email, and chat channels
• Gather comprehensive problem details from service desk users
• Manage and prioritize requests based on urgency
• Escalate complex issues with appropriate documentation
• Utilize tools for diagnostic troubleshooting and software deployment
Requirements:
• 1+ years of IT help desk experience required
• College diploma or degree in computer science
• Certifications preferred (CompTIA A+, Network+, Service Desk)
• Knowledge of operating systems and hardware troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
