Based in Whitby, Ontario, SIMNET is looking for a dedicated IT Support Analyst. This role emphasizes hands-on support for computer systems and peripherals while documenting solutions extensively. You will engage with users across multiple platforms and ensure timely resolutions in line with service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming help requests courteously and efficiently
• Gather incident details and escalate when necessary
• Record the troubleshooting process and actions taken
• Deploy software and provide desktop hardware support
• Perform regular maintenance on workstations and peripherals
Requirements:
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service experience
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and basic networking
• Familiarity with Active Directory and VoIP systems
• Prior experience with RMM tools and documentation platforms
• Ability to handle onboarding and role changes efficiently
