Job Title:

Senior CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)

Location:

Oshawa, ON (Onsite)

Client:  Public Sector

Duration:  12+ Months (Extension Possible)

Note:

We are looking for a  Senior CRM Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)  experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in CRM development, integrations, and Microsoft tech stack, with the ability to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Skills

Strong experience with  Dynamics 365 CRM (D365)

Proficiency in  C#, .NET, ASP.NET

Experience with  MS SQL Server

Hands-on with  Web Services / APIs (REST/SOAP)

Knowledge of  XML, batch processing, Windows environments

Experience with  system integration, middleware, and design patterns

Experience

5+ years in CRM / application development

Experience with  custom portals, legacy systems, and integrations

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Public sector experience is a plus

Other Skills

Basic knowledge of  IAM / OKTA / security

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience gathering and documenting requirements

Must Have

Dynamics 365 CRM

API / Web Services

Windows + Batch Processing

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support  D365 CRM applications

Build integrations using  APIs and web services

Perform coding, testing, debugging, and deployment

Troubleshoot and provide post-implementation support

Collaborate with stakeholders and document solutions
