Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in deskside support and break-fix services, addressing hardware and network-related issues.
Your role includes performing IMAC tasks, responding to help desk tickets, and providing excellent customer communication to ensure all needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intermediate-to-advanced hardware break-fix services
• Execute installations, moves, and changes for technical devices
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
• Deliver second-level Help Desk support to users
• Process and manage service requests from the National Dispatch Center
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of deskside support and IMAC experience
• A+ certification alongside an additional vendor certification
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and internetworking tasks
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Completed diploma in an IT-related program
