Join Adamson Systems in Port Perry as an IT Administrator focused on HA servers, firewalls, and VPN management. This role includes network maintenance and computer hardware administration.
We seek a skilled IT Administrator to enhance our network infrastructure at Adamson Systems. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in a Linux environment and be adept at managing VPNs and firewalls. This position involves regular system monitoring, upgrades to enterprise software, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support for network and workstation issues
• Design and maintain high-availability solutions with DRBD
• Upgrade enterprise software including Autodesk Inventor and ERP
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and security threats
• Organize and maintain all network hardware and software
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 7+ years experience as IT Administrator in Linux
• Strong VPN, firewall, and network experience
• Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and ERP systems
