As an Associate Director, you will lead clinical data management for pivotal development programs s role requires extensive experience, allowing autonomy in shaping data processes and standards alongside global teams. Additionally, you'll oversee data integrity for regulatory submissions and mentor junior data management staff to enhance their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end data management for complex clinical programs

• Set data standards with global collaboration principles

• Lead Data Quality Review meetings for trial data integrity

• Mentor junior Data Management Leads and elevate leadership reputation

• Represent data management on cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years in biopharma or CRO, with 3+ years in leadership

• Strong FDA/ICH guidelines knowledge and data practices

• Hands-on experience with EDC systems, preferably Medidata RAVE

• Strong metrics, reporting, and quality oversight skills

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, data science, or statistics
