In this role, you will be a vital part of Magna's IT department, tasked with managing our technology services and infrastructure. Your work will directly support business operations and enhance system performance through proactive monitoring and compliance strategies. Candidates should have extensive experience in IT, particularly relating to networking, Windows Server administration, and troubleshooting escalations, contributing to high-quality IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure reliability of IT systems and overall tech environment
• Oversee backups and disaster recovery operations
• Engage with stakeholders to implement tech enhancements
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues
• Document standards and lead best practice initiatives
Requirements:
• College diploma in IT or related field
• Required Cisco CCNA certification
• 10+ years of relevant IT experience
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with virtualization and enterprise applications
