Job Overview
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirementsCandidate must have strong Service Now experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate Service Now, develop workflowsConduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvementEnsure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectivesWrite clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteriaEnsure that user stories are understood and agreed upon by both the development team and stakeholdersBreak down high-level requirements into smaller, actionable piecesParticipate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesWork closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories.Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goalsCollaborate with the Service Now development team to design solutions that meet business needsEnsure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with best practicesCoordinate and participate in testing activities, including the development of test plans and scriptsMaintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutionsProvide training and support to end-users as neededAutomate major Service Now Modules using Service Now ATF applicationQualifications
Experience:
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in Service Now leading HRSD stories as the primary focus, ITSM as secondaryEducation:
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Proficiency in Service Now, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).Experience with Service Now Agile 2.0.CPUS Engineering employs artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of its recruitment process to enhance efficiency and consistency.
