As a key member of the Information Technology team, your expertise in mobile device administration and lifecycle management is essential. You will manage corporate mobile devices through Microsoft Intune while ensuring compliance with security policies, like conditional access.
Your role involves remote and on-site support to foster standardized end-user computing across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage corporate mobile devices via Microsoft Intune
• Enforce security policies aligned with corporate standards
• Monitor device health and compliance proactively
• Administer Teams Phone services and support
• Maintain and troubleshoot Teams-certified endpoint technologies
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Experience with mobile security policies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and A/V technologies
