As a key leader at OPG, you will oversee Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Teams, while driving automation and compliance initiatives. Your leadership will ensure optimal service delivery and enhance collaboration with stakeholders, Microsoft, and other vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead governance for Microsoft 365 services and platforms
• Drive automation using Power Shell and Microsoft Graph API
• Standardize Service Now service intake for M365 services
• Ensure security and compliance across all workloads
• Manage migrations, platform modernization, and automation rollouts
Requirements:
• 7+ years of IT experience, 3+ in Microsoft 365
• Skilled in Power Shell and Microsoft Graph API
• Proven capability in service delivery and governance
• Experience with Service Now processes
• Strong knowledge of security controls in Microsoft 365
