The Senior Manager, Digital Clinical Operations partners with Global Clinical Operations, Development, and IT organizations. This senior role details business-critical capabilities from study startup through closeout. You will align clinical processes, digital solutions, and technology roadmaps while supporting innovative systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Detail CTMS enhancements across clinical trial planning and execution
- Elicit requirements and align stakeholders, regions, and processes
- Prioritize demand and translate priorities into development plans
- Finalize business requirements and user stories
- Participate in sprint planning, testing, and UAT
- Experience working with clinical stakeholders across geographies
- Ability to define process flows and optimize processes
- Capability to articulate value propositions and outcome measures
- Experience coordinating development and IT teams
- Understanding of compliant computerized system documentation
Shape BeOne’s CTMS strategy through clinical stakeholder engagement, requirements leadership, process alignment, and effective digital solutions.
