Lead Agile delivery as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master supporting QA activities for mission-critical mandate applications. Work within a dedicated Scrum team maintaining internal systems.
This role combines Scrum Master, business analysis, and quality assurance responsibilities. You will support a custom .NET/C# application with a SQL Server database. The system calculates deposit insurance coverage and processes payouts during bank failures.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform Scrum Master activities within a dedicated Scrum team
- Conduct business analysis for mandate application enhancements
- Complete quality assurance activities for internal systems
- Support maintenance of mission-critical mandate applications
- Ten or more years of testing or quality assurance experience
- Ten or more years of business analysis experience
- Experience with documentation methodologies
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum
- Knowledge of quality assurance and Agile Scrum preferred
