Drive the evolution of Equitable's Individual Insurance products in Waterloo, ON. As an Insurance Product Manager, you will enhance life insurance solutions through market insight and advisor feedback.
In this hybrid role, you will lead product initiatives that focus on growth and market relevance. With 3-5+ years of experience in product management within life insurance, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases, manage product portfolios, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Equitable's Individual Insurance product portfolio
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Develop business cases for new product launches
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and distribution teams
• Monitor product performance and profitability
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in life insurance product management
• Proven track record in product lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Experience in market research and business case development
• University degree or industry designations preferred
