• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
• Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
• Identify new business opportunities
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales pipelines

• Unlimited earning potential with a commission-based compensation structure, with a first-year earning range of $48,000 to $75,000

Complete onboarding program to understand the industry

Fully‑equipped office designed for productivity and collaboration

• RIBO License or OTL license willing to convert to RIBO
• Strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance products and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Applied Rating, Acturis, and insurance portals is a plus.
• Strong strategic planning and target achievement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑visibility, results‑oriented environment.
• Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
