Zurich Canada is seeking a Claims Fraud and Investigations Manager for our Waterloo office to lead a team responsible for preventing, detecting and investigating suspected insurance fraud while supporting efficient claims handling.
You will report to the AVP, Investigative and Recovery Services, oversee daily operations, develop strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Claims leadership, Human Resources and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality investigations.
