Job Description:

Generations Cleaning, headquartered in Durham Region, specializes in offering comprehensive commercial and industrial cleaning services throughout Ontario. Our diverse clientele comprises commercial spaces, retail outlets, offices, condominiums, and warehouses.

Currently, we're seeking a Full-time Commercial Cleaner for a distribution center in Whitby. We're searching for an individual who embodies a positive attitude, maintains a friendly demeanor, and demonstrates a strong work ethic along with relevant experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday.
Time: 3:00pm-11:00pm
Rate: $17.60 per hour.
Location: Whitby.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Common Areas: Thoroughly clean and maintain all common areas within the premises, ensuring they are consistently neat and hygienic.
• Cleaning Offices: Clean and sanitize office spaces, wipe down surfaces, disinfecting counters and tables, dusting tables, chairs, picture frames etc.
• Cleaning Breakrooms/Lunchrooms: Clean and sanitize breakrooms and lunchrooms, wiping down tables and chairs, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning Bathrooms: Wiping and sanitizing all sinks, toilets, hand dryers, and counters. Sweeping and mopping floors. Restocking supplies.
• Floor Cleaning: Using the ride-along and push behind floor machines to clean the floors throughout the building.

Requirements:

• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Minimum of 3 years of cleaning experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Dedication to assigned tasks.
• Previous floor scrubber experience.
