Provide quality and timely repairs and maintenance to musical instruments or gear that was purchased from Long & Mc Quade Provide quality and timely repairs and maintenance to musical instruments or gear from our store demo stock and rental inventoryUse our common sense approach with customers to troubleshoot and solve problemsAnswer telephone calls and follow up with customers in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate and detailed computer records of all active repairsFollow up on parts orders with suppliersAssist co-workers in tracking repair related shipments to and from the storeMaintain a clean and organized workplaceJob Requirements
Must have previous experience and training in the repair of musical instruments or gearProven strong work ethic and commitmentAbility to take initiative and work independentlyPositive attitude and steady composureGood organizational skills and attention to detail
