Dufferin Aggregates seeks a proactive Foreman to support aggregate site operations. In this full-time role, you will supervise hourly workers, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Your contribution will strengthen our operational practices and support site rehabilitation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations for production and maintenance

• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations

• Coordinate schedules and manpower for customer needs

• Support preventative maintenance plans and shutdowns

• Act during regulatory visits and assist with projects

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in a leadership role

• Strong technical knowledge of construction operations

• Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge beneficial

• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime

• Preferred college diploma or equivalent experience in field
