As the Building Manager, your focus will be on ensuring that the building is well-maintained and residents' needs are prioritized. You will coordinate maintenance work, manage administrative tasks, and support tenants, all while ensuring a positive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas
• Address and resolve tenant concerns efficiently
• Administer maintenance requests and perform minor repairs
• Conduct tours for prospective residents
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety logs
Requirements:
• Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning
• Must obtain First Aid certification
• Able to lift up to 20 kg safely
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Flexibility to be on-call as needed
Provide essential management and a supportive atmosphere for residents at Homestead in Guelph.
