Housekeeper Part Time Cobourg

Overview  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities   Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
Assist with routine facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and fixtures
Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure health and safety standards are met
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Use cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines
Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Support team efforts in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all occupants
Experience   Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Robust attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively
