You will lead the maintenance team in achieving reliability, safety, and operational performance goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage planned and corrective maintenance activities

• Drive proactive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support outage planning, ensuring safety and efficiency objectives

• Foster strong collaboration between Operations and Maintenance teams

• Lead performance evaluations and development of maintenance staff

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial maintenance or power generation preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree a plus

• Knowledge of maintenance methodologies and budgeting processes

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications
