Position: Site-Based Groundskeeper at Compass

Reporting to the Community or Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will center around maintaining the grounds and addressing resident requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to resolve property issues

• Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas

• Perform essential grounds keeping tasks, including pruning

• Manage salting and snow removal where applicable

• Update residents through notices as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in groundskeeping

• Qualifications in mechanical trades preferred

• Excellent organizational capability for task management

• Availability for after-hours emergency responses

• Completion of safety training within required time frames
