We are looking for a self-disciplined individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. The selected applicant will be required to join and take on their responsibilities as soon as possible. The candidate must sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.

The candidate must dust furniture.

The candidate will vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.

The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting elevators.

The candidate must handle and report lost and found items.

The candidate must provide basic facility information.

The candidate will be responsible for picking up debris and emptying trash cans.

The candidate must clean the windows, walls, and ceilings.

The candidate must clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings.

The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.

The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision.

The candidate must contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.

The candidate must clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.

The candidate will water and maintain plants, lawns, and/or gardens.

The candidate must sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.

The candidate must be able to use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste.

The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.

The candidate will make minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems and contact tradespersons for significant repairs.

The candidate must perform other routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.

There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

The candidate must have a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.

The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
