Join our team as an Efficient Laundry Attendant, ensuring our laundry department runs smoothly. This role is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and inventory supply for our healthcare facility.

The Efficient Laundry Attendant will oversee all laundry activities, from sorting to folding, while closely coordinating with Housekeeping and Patient Care Assistants. You will utilize your knowledge of laundry processes to improve efficiency and quality of service, thereby enhancing patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate laundry equipment per established standards

• Sort and manage personal laundry items for patients

• Maintain inventory by ensuring cleanliness standards

• Suggest improvements for operational efficiency in tasks

• Return sorted linen to designated storage areas

Requirements:

• Preferred secondary diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a clinical laundry environment

• Physical stamina for lifting and long periods of standing

• Strong attention to detail and professionalism

• Ability to adapt to flexible work hours
