This full-time position, reporting to the Manager of Technical Services, focuses on proactive planning, interdepartmental collaboration, and efficient resource management. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our state-of-the-art facilities and providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and prioritize weekly maintenance tasks
• Minimize disruptions through strategic coordination
• Distribute planned work to involved stakeholders
• Review and optimize maintenance procedures
• Contribute to performance tracking and improvement
Requirements:
• Educational background in engineering or maintenance field
• 3-5 years of relevant planning experience
• Strong skills in CMMS tools, such as SAP PM
• Excellent analytical and time management capabilities
• Effective communication skills with all stakeholders
