As an on-site expert, you will lead the daily operations of this 119-suite community, focusing on maintenance, safety, and resident relations. Your hands-on approach and technical knowledge will play a vital role in identifying issues early and coordinating effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections for maintenance and safety
• Handle repairs, plumbing, and other building systems

Requirements:
• Experience as a Residential Superintendent or in building services
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems
• Excellent service and communication capabilities
• Must reside on-site in Oshawa
