Use professional move-out and deep-cleaning experience to prepare residential rental properties for showings, occupancy, and their next tenant. Work independently at scheduled appointments.
Move Smart Rentals is seeking cleaners who can take responsibility for vacant homes and apartments from assignment through completion. The work includes cleaning every major living area, detailed surfaces, fixtures, cabinets, appliances, and floors. Cleaners also document results, report concerns, and update each assignment digitally. Compensation is $32.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare vacant properties for listing, showing, or occupancy
- Perform move-out, move-in, deep, and turnover cleaning
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and floors
- Document completed work with clear property photos
- Update mobile work orders and report property concerns
- Two or more years of paid professional cleaning experience
- Move-out, Airbnb turnover, vacant-unit, or comparable experience
- Own reliable vehicle, supplies, equipment, and suitable smartphone
- Independent work ability with strong attention to detail
- Basic English communication and punctual attendance
