Overview

Our Records and Information Management team develops compliant records and archive management frameworks designed to enhance business processes, strengthen decision‑making, and preserve corporate memory. We work collaboratively with business partners to ensure recorded information is accurate, reliable and usable throughout its lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction while maintaining a hands‑on leadership style, actively engaging in projects and collaborating closely with the team.
Manage, facilitate and oversee programs and projects implementing RIM best‑practice solutions; develop and maintain business cases, program roadmaps, and supporting materials; oversee the development and execution of project plans.
Serve as a senior RIM subject‑matter expert, offering valuable advice on RIM policy compliance and best‑practice application in technology and business process.
Lead the Advisory and Enablement function, guiding RIM analysts and project resources in delivering best‑practice advice and navigating complex scenarios.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications
6‑9 years of experience delivering multi‑faceted records and information management advice and solutioning, with expert knowledge of physical and electronic RIM principles and proven ability to apply them to solve business problems.
Minimum of 3 years leading processes and people.
Proficiency in Project Management and Business Analysis practices; successful track record of managing project life cycles with strong knowledge of systems solutioning.
Post‑secondary degree in Business Management or Administration; a graduate degree specializing in Records Management or Information Sciences is an asset.
Holding Certified Records Manager (CRM), Information Management or Information Governance accreditation or equivalent.
