Position: Economical Team Lead for Underwriting

This leadership opportunity involves reporting to the Manager of the Regional Processing Centre while overseeing a team of underwriting assistants and technicians. You will be responsible for guiding your team to meet key performance metrics and fostering a culture centered on innovation and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and develop underwriting assistants and technicians

• Promote an environment of innovation and collaboration

• Partner on training and quality assessment initiatives

Requirements:

• A University degree or College diploma is expected

• 3 to 5 years in the insurance sector required

• At least 1 year of leadership experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Capacity to perform in a fast-paced setting
