Equitable seeks an experienced leader to oversee the administrative and operational functions of Individual Wealth services. This key position will focus on enhancing client experiences while managing high-performance teams. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage day-to-day wealth operations
• Achieve service and productivity performance goals
• Optimize workflows and resource planning
• Foster employee development through coaching

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven track record in team leadership
• In-depth knowledge of wealth operations and products
• Familiarity with VAX, Ingenium, or similar systems
• Strong insight into regulatory compliance and risk management
