In this permanent, full-time role at Dufferin Aggregates, you will be pivotal in maintaining safety standards and productivity on site. Your responsibilities will include guiding employees, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while contributing to the overall success of the plant throughout its operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run daily production and maintenance to achieve targets

• Maintain compliance with safety and operational policies

• Coordinate daily manpower and equipment effectively

• Support both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks

• Report on production, budgets, and operational updates

Requirements:

• Technical expertise in aggregate or construction processes

• 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally SAP

• Flexible availability for shift rotations and weekends

• Preferred diploma in a related field or comparable experience
