CSN Collision is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter Prepper to join our busy team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for the painting process, ensuring a high‑quality finish. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the success of our painting operations.

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and cleaning as necessary
• Mask off areas of the vehicle that do not require painting to ensure precision
• Inspect surfaces to identify imperfections and ensure that they are rectified before painting
• Collaborate closely with painters to ensure a smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
• Handle and mix paint materials according to manufacturer specifications
• Perform quality checks on surfaces after preparation
• Assist in maintaining painting equipment and tools in good condition

• Previous experience as a painter prepper or in a related auto body role
• Familiarity with various painting and preparation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform the tasks required in this role
• A valid driver's license is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in auto body repair or painting is a plus

• Supplemental Pay:
  Bonus, Overtime as per policy

8-hour Shift, Monday To Friday, Additional As Required.
