Production Lead - Korechi Robotics Division

Join Korechi as a Production Lead in Robotics to enhance our manufacturing processes in Oshawa, ON. Manage all aspects of assembly for our state-of-the-art autonomous vehicles.

This fully on-site role requires a proactive leader to ensure our robotic fleets meet quality and safety standards. You'll facilitate training for technicians, oversee quality control, and be the voice of the production floor in design discussions. Strong technical knowledge and experience in robotics manufacturing are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the assembly workflow from start to finish

• Develop and deliver assembly training programs

• Ensure quality control and troubleshoot assembly issues

• Influence design-for-manufacturing discussions with feedback

• Monitor inventory health and manage supplier relations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in relevant engineering field

• Minimum 2 years in a production leadership position

• Exceptional communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient with CAD and ERP systems
