Innovative Thermal Solutions Inc. (ITS Cooling) is a Canadian manufacturer specializing in custom thermal management solutions for high-performance electronics. We design and manufacture products including cold plates, heat sinks, heat pipe assemblies, and advanced cooling systems serving a wide range of industries.
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our Night Shift team.
Responsibilities
Assist with production and manufacturing activities
Perform assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks
Load and unload materials as required
Support machine operators and production staff
Inspect products for quality and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities when required
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is considered an asset
Ability to lift and move materials safely
